Terms and Conditions for Casphone Device Care
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to Casphone Mobile’s Device Care feature and are supplementary to the standard Casphone Mobile plan terms and conditions. By using Device Care, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility
- Device Care is available only to customers with an active mobile phone plan with Casphone Mobile.
- If your Casphone Mobile plan is terminated for any reason, your access to Device Care will also be discontinued immediately.
- Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable
- Device Care benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the plan holder.
- Benefits under Device Care are not redeemable for cash or any other compensation.
- Monthly Device Health Check
- Device Care includes a monthly health check for your device, which involves routine maintenance such as cleaning the charging port and speakers.
- The monthly health check does not cover the cost of any repairs or replacement parts. Additional services required outside of the routine maintenance will incur additional charges.
- Limitations of Service
- Device Care is only available at Casphone Mobile retail stores.
- The service is subject to availability at the store location, and customers may need to schedule an appointment.
- Casphone Mobile reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific Device Care features without prior notice.
- Exclusions
- Device Care does not include repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to the device.
- Device Care does not include the provision of free or replacement glass screen protectors.
- Any claims or disputes regarding Device Care services must be submitted in writing to Casphone Mobile customer support.
- Modification and Termination
- Casphone Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Device Care at any time. Changes will be communicated through Casphone Mobile’s official channels.
