Casphone Mobile – Double Data Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:
This offer is valid for activations completed between 12 November 2025 and 3 February 2026 (Promotion Period).

Offer Details:
Eligible customers will receive double the standard data allowance on selected Casphone Mobile plans for six (6) months from the date of activation.

Eligible Plans:
This offer applies to the following Casphone Mobile plans only: Plan 3, Plan 4, Plan 5, Plan 6, and Plan 7.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Double Data offer, customers must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Be a new customer activating a new eligible service during the Promotion Period, or
  • Be an existing Casphone customer currently on Plan 1 or Plan 2 who upgrades to an eligible plan (Plan 3 or higher) during the Promotion Period.

Offer Conditions:

  1. The Double Data benefit will apply automatically to eligible services during activation or plan upgrade.
  2. The Double Data benefit is valid for six (6) consecutive months from the original activation date.
  3. If a customer downgrades their plan during the 6-month Double Data period (for example, from Plan 4 to Plan 3), the Double Data benefit will be cancelled immediately.
  4. If a customer upgrades their plan during the 6-month Double Data period (for example, from Plan 4 to Plan 5), the Double Data benefit will continue for the remainder of the original 6-month period. The upgrade will not restart the 6-month Double Data period.
  5. The Double Data offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless otherwise specified.
  6. This offer is available for personal use only and subject to standard Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policies.
  7. Casphone Mobile reserves the right to withdraw or vary this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Example:

A customer who activates Plan 4 on 15 November 2025 will receive double data until 15 May 2026. If they upgrade to Plan 5 during this time, their Double Data benefit will continue until 15 May 2026 based on the original activation date.
