At Casphone Mobile, we’re committed to giving our customers the best possible value. That’s why from 8 October 2025, all Casphone Mobile plans will come with more monthly data, so you can stream, scroll, and stay connected with even greater freedom.
At the same time, there will be a small increase to plan prices as part of our pricing review. These changes allow us to continue investing in the network, services, and support that keep you connected.
Like many industries, telecommunications is facing rising costs. There has been a sustained increase in the overall cost of delivering services, driven by higher wholesale charges, network and market-related costs, and inflationary pressures affecting retail operations. Adjusting our plan prices ensures we can continue providing reliable service and keep investing in better value for our customers.
We know price changes are never easy, but with significant boosts to data across our plans, you’ll be getting even more for your money.
What’s changing from 8 October 2025?
✅ More Data – every plan gets a higher monthly data allowance.
✅ Updated Plan Pricing – a small increase in plan access fees to support these improvements.

When will these changes apply?
Both the new pricing and increased data allowances will apply from 8 October 2025.
The change will appear on your next bill cycle that starts on or after this date.
🔹 Example – Customer currently on $23 plan
• 15 Sep – 14 Oct → Old price ($23) with old data allowance
• 15 Oct – 14 Nov → New price ($25) applies with new data allowance
• 15 Nov – 14 Dec → New price and new data allowance continues
⚠️ Important Note:
If your billing cycle falls before 8 October (e.g. between the 1st–7th of the month), your plan will stay on the old price and data allowance until your November cycle. Your new plan price and data allowance will then apply from your first billing cycle that begins after 8 October.
