Yes, new and existing customers can transfer existing numbers. No need to fret about getting a new one, when you can keep your existing mobile number.

Data Banking stores up any remaining and/or unused data allowance included in your plan so you can use it when you need it the most.

Need that little extra?, no worries, we have you covered, with the ability to upgrade and downgrade when you need to, terms and conditions apply* 

Rate plan changes will take place on your billing cycle, call us on 1300 001 240 prior to the commencement of your billing cycle to ensure we have you covered for your next month.If you move your plan to a higher rate plan, your accumulated data in your Data Bank will be retained. If you move to a lower plan or a plan that does not support the Data Bank facility, any accumulated data in your Data Bank allowance will be forfeited.

Data Banking allows you to save your included data and use it later when it suits you. Data that you don’t use in the month, will be saved in your Data Bank for when you need it the most. Let’s say your mobile plan gets 35GB of data each month. You start the month with 35GB but at the end of the month you find you’ve only used 10GB in the month. Instead of losing the 25GB of unused data, it will stay in ‘the bank’ until you need it. You now have a total of 60GB of data to use (35GB for this month + 25GB of unused data from last month). You can store up to 500GB of unused data on all plans excluding Prepaid 180 Day Expiry Plans.

Speed Caps

What are the speed caps for Casphone Mobile plans?

The download speed is capped at 100Mbps for all plans, except for the $55 5G Prepaid Mobile Plan, which is capped at 250Mbps.

What is a speed cap?

This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds will often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.

Beyond the maximum potential speed for your selected plan, a speed cap does not indicate any relative performance difference compared to another plan with a different speed cap.

Will I get 5G speeds on a 5G Plan?

Yes, but only with a 5G-compatible device and in areas with 5G coverage.

What does Mbps mean?

Megabits per second (Mbps) gauge data speed. More Mbps = faster speed; fewer Mbps = slower speed.
