What Priority Assistance is
Priority Assistance is a service for people who have, or who live with someone who has, a diagnosed life-threatening medical condition and who are at risk of a rapid, life-threatening deterioration in their health. Customers with Priority Assistance receive faster connection and fault repair for their phone service so that they can reach help when they need it.
Casphone Mobile does not offer Priority Assistance
Casphone Mobile services are supplied using the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, but we are not able to provide Priority Assistance. If you or someone in your household needs Priority Assistance, you should not rely on a Casphone Mobile service for that purpose.
Telstra is required to offer Priority Assistance to its own customers. To find out whether you are eligible and how to apply, contact Telstra on 13 22 00 or visit telstra.com.au/priority-assistance.
Emergency calls
Calls to Triple Zero (000) and 112 are free from any Casphone Mobile service and will be carried on any available mobile network. See our Emergency calls page for details, including the list of older devices that cannot make Triple Zero calls.
